Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy – Mandakani Perfumers
At Mandakani Perfumers, we take immense pride in offering authentic, handcrafted attars, essential oils, and floral waters. Each product is carefully distilled using traditional methods to ensure purity and premium quality. Since our products are fragrance-based and personal in nature, we have a strict but fair return, refund, and cancellation policy to protect both our customers and our brand.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
- Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

2. Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the hygienic and personal nature of attars, essential oils, and perfumes, we do not accept returns unless:
✅ You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
✅ The product leaked during transit (with valid proof of damage).
Conditions for Returns:
- Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with clear photos/videos of the issue.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- If approved, we will arrange a return pickup or ask you to ship it back.
- Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit (refunds are provided only in exceptional cases).
📌 Note: Returns for “change of mind” or personal preference in fragrance will not be accepted, as scents are subjective. We recommend trying our sample sizes before purchasing full bottles.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only for eligible returns (damaged or incorrect items).
- Once we receive and inspect the product, refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be provided as store credit or bank transfer.
📌 Refunds are NOT applicable for:
❌ Opened or used products.
❌ Minor variations in fragrance (since our products are 100% natural, slight batch variations may occur).
❌ Delays caused by shipping carriers (we provide tracking details for transparency).
4. Exchange Policy
- We allow exchanges only for incorrect or defective products.
- If you wish to exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
5. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the purity and safety of our products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used attars, essential oils, or floral waters.
- Custom or bulk orders.
- Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions.
6. How to Raise a Return or Refund Request?

2️⃣ Our team will review the request within 24-48 hours.
3️⃣ If approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you on returning the item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds?
- If your refund hasn’t been received within 10 business days, check with your bank.

8. Important Notes
🚚 Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
