Shipping Policy – Mandakani Perfumers

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Customized or bulk orders may take 3-5 business days for processing.
  • Once processed, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

2. Shipping Duration & Charges

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): ₹49 (Free for orders above ₹999)
  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): ₹149
  • Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery: Available in selected cities (available soon!) (extra charges apply).

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide via trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx, and India Post.
  • Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days (varies by destination).
  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on order weight and location.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • You can track your order in real-time on our website under the “Track Order” section.

4. Shipping Partners

  • We partner with Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, XpressBees, India Post (for domestic orders).
  • DHL, FedEx, Aramex, and UPS are used for international deliveries.

5. Packaging & Safety

  • All orders are securely packed to prevent leaks, breakage, or damage.
  • Eco-friendly and premium packaging is used to maintain the quality of our attars and essential oils.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team.
  • In case of lost shipments, we will initiate a claim and provide either a replacement or refund as per our policy.

7. Return Due to Failed Delivery

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.

8. Cancellation & Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placing them.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
