  • Mandakani Perfumers reserves the right to reject orders, block access, or suspend accounts if any fraudulent or illegal activity is detected.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All our attars, essential oils, and perfumery products are 100% natural and handcrafted.
  • Prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes but exclusive of shipping fees (calculated at checkout).
  • Prices may change without prior notice due to market conditions, raw material costs, or special promotions.

📌 Note: Due to the natural variations in raw materials, slight differences in fragrance or color may occur between product batches. This does not indicate a defect.

4. Orders & Payments

✅ We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, Razorpay, and COD (Cash on Delivery – for selected locations only).
✅ Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with order details.
✅ Orders cannot be modified once shipped.

📌 Order Rejection: Mandakani Perfumers reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability.
  • Inaccurate pricing or description errors.
  • Suspicious transactions or potential fraud.

In case of a canceled order, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

📦 Domestic (India): Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days, express shipping takes 2-3 days.
🌍 International: Delivery times range from 7-14 business days (subject to customs clearance).

🔹 Tracking details are provided once your order is shipped.
🔹 Mandakani Perfumers is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or customs clearance.
🔹 Customers must provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of attars and perfumes, we have a strict no-return policy except in the following cases:

✅ Damaged, defective, or incorrect product received.
✅ Leaked product during shipping (with valid video proof).

Return & Refund Process:

  • Customers must email us at mandakaniperfumers@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
  • Upon approval, we will either replace the product or issue store credit/refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after verification.

📌 Refunds are NOT applicable for:
❌ Opened or used products.
❌ Minor variations in fragrance, color, or packaging.
❌ Orders placed by mistake or “change of mind” returns.
